  • Did we say benefits? Full medical, dental, vision, 401k, parental leave, paid holidays, paid time off, short & long term disability insurance, employee assistance program, and more!

Who you’ll work with:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to evaluate commercial investments (bids, promotions, pricing), influencing profitability and ROI outcomes
  • Deliver advanced analytics and insights to support organic growth initiatives, including customer segmentation, pricing analysis, and sales performance tracking
  • Proactively identify financial and operational risks, recommending and implementing mitigation strategies to improve forecast accuracy and business performance
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining planning and reporting processes through automation, standardization, and adoption of best practices

  • Three to six years of relevant work experience, or a similar combination of training and experience

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, delivering high-quality results with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Advanced technical and analytical skills, including expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA a plus) and PowerPoint; experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing large datasets from ERP systems and data warehouse environments
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Physical Requirements/Working Locations:

Remote Environment

This position is fully remote, meaning you will perform your work from a home office or another approved location rather than a traditional company office. As a remote team member, you will be expected to maintain a reliable internet connection, a productive and distraction-free work environment, and consistent availability during established business hours. Regular communication and collaboration will take place through virtual tools (e.g., video conferencing, messaging platforms, and email), and you will be responsible for staying engaged, meeting deadlines, and participating in team meetings and company initiatives.
