Senior System Engineer

Do you want to define and govern how cryptographic keys are secured across a financial enterprise? Are you motivated by combining security, risk, and regulatory requirements into real control frameworks?
Join SIX as a Key Management Security Officer and take ownership of key management governance, ensuring secure and auditable cryptographic controls across critical platforms.
What You Will Do
- Define and enforce key management policies, standards, and controls
- Oversee the full lifecycle of cryptographic keys (generation to destruction)
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks (PCI DSS, FINMA, DORA)
- Support audits and maintain evidence for control traceability
- Assess risks and define mitigation measures for key management environments
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of cryptography and key lifecycle management
- Experience with HSMs and key management platforms (e.g., Keyfactor, cloud KMS,Securesys,Thales,Entrust)
- Proven background in audit, compliance, or regulated environments
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in information security or related field; certifications (CISSP, CISM) are a plus
