Lead the growth of a cutting-edge bovine IVF business across the United States while shaping the future of animal genetics and reproductive technology. As Director of Domestic Commercial Operations, you will own and execute the commercial strategy that drives revenue, expands market presence, and elevates client experience. This position is remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S., with approximately 50% travel for business development, team support, and client interaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a national commercial strategy focused on revenue growth, market expansion, and operational efficiency
- Lead and manage key customer relationships, delivering high-value, tailored IVF solutions
- Partner with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous process improvement
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing commercial team, setting clear goals and expectations
- Own and manage commercial budgets, tracking performance against revenue targets and KPIs
- Drive cross-functional alignment with sales, marketing, and operations to enhance client experience and business outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all industry regulations, biosecurity standards, and quality protocols
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Animal Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or operations within livestock, animal health, or agricultural biotech
- Demonstrated success leading commercial teams to achieve growth and market expansion
- Strong knowledge of bovine IVF, embryo transfer, or reproductive technologies preferred
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 50%
