JOB SUMMARY
Support the team in the revision of drawings, plans and technical specifications during the plan approval process. Keep track of the status of each project, ensuring that the Sr. Director is kept up to date on any potential issues.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Senior Director, Machinery & Piping and Director, Machinery & Piping in the revision of the drawings, plans and technical specification during the plan approval process.
- Support the Senior Director, Machinery & Piping and Director, Machinery & Piping during the project development, technical specification review and preparation.
- Follow up open items from the plan approval process with the Yard representatives and attend meetings with the Yard technical office for open items discussion and resolution
- Report to the Senior Director, Machinery & Piping and Director, Machinery & Piping with reference to the progress of the plan approval, status of the open items and potential main open issues
- Cooperate with the Vessel Operation team during the project development and plan approval period
- Take part in the sea trials.
- Support the Senior Director, Machinery & Piping and Director, Machinery & Piping during the Vessel delivery phase.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Engineering
EXPERIENCE
- Relevant experience preferred.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
- Confident using CAD/MicroStation
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in the English Language (B1 or above)
- Demonstratable Team Working Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Organizational Skills
