The Enterprise Risk Data Analytics (ERD) team drives the value creation through data solutions, advanced analytics and innovative technologies. The ERD vertical within EDA focuses on building and delivering data & reporting needs as part of Risk Data Aggregation & Risk Reporting (RDARR) capability to ensure timely, accurate, complete, aggregated and integrated Risk Data & Reporting.
Associate Consultant, Enterprise Risk Data Analytics is a key member of the Enterprise Data & Analytics group and will have responsibilities mainly of data driven analysis and reporting.

Major Duties
Understand Data & Analytics initiatives across both Risk domain (business) and technical architecture, and support enterprise analytics needs
Analyze and integrate data from multiple risk-related systems and sources within the organization
Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data models, and reporting solutions
Build and maintain semantic models (star schema, tabular models) optimized for analytics use cases (mandatory skill)
Develop advanced DAX measures, KPIs, and complex analytical calculations
Design dynamic, KPI-driven visuals and leverage SVG-based custom visual techniques
Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, scalability, and governance of BI solutions
Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage access across Power BI Service (workspaces, apps, role mapping)
Develop paginated reports using Power BI Report Builder for operational and regulatory reporting needs
Leverage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to extend reporting and automation capabilities
Monitor and evaluate Power BI and Microsoft Fabric feature releases, including Copilot capabilities, for enterprise adoption
Identify, track, and resolve data/reporting issues in a timely manner
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Applications, Data Analytics or a related field preferably from Tier 1 institution
Skills Required
For internal applications - 24 months as Analyst(P1)/Senior Analyst(P1)/Technical Coordinator(P1)/Associate Consultant(P1)
4-6 years of experience as a Business Intelligence professional with knowledge of Data Visualization and Reporting preferably within Banking & Financial Services / Risk domain.
Strong expertise in Power BI, including semantic data modeling (star schema, tabular models – mandatory), DAX, and Power Query
Advanced dashboard development skills covering UX/UI best practices, dynamic KPI design, and SVG/custom visual techniques
Familiarity with SQL and data integration concepts (nice to have, not mandatory)
Hands-on experience with Power BI Report Builder (paginated reports) and enterprise reporting practices
Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and exposure to Copilot Studio (good to have)
Strong understanding of version control and development standards, including mandatory GitHub experience, reusable templates, themes, and custom visual management (Power BI–GitHub integration is a plus)
Exposure to advanced/enterprise BI capabilities, such as Deneb/Vega visuals and Power BI Custom Visual SDK (nice to have)
Familiarity with Generative BI (GenBI) and AI-driven reporting use cases, including POCs (nice to have)
Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Power Platform, Copilot/AI, and SharePoint are preferred
