Job Description
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in cargo and valuable goods logistics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations.
Account & Revenue Management
- Manage key accounts to ensure contract compliance, service quality, and revenue growth.
- Monitor business performance, pricing, and profitability.
- Achieve assigned revenue, margin, and growth targets.
Market & Strategy
- Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and opportunity mapping.
- Develop business strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Support product and service development for secure logistics solutions.
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure feasible and secure service delivery.
- Ensure client requirements are translated into clear operational and SLA standards.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure all business activities comply with company policies, security standards, and applicable regulations.
- Identify commercial and operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Reporting
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management presentations.
- Provide accurate and timely updates on business performance.
