- Sales & Clienteling: Drive store results by building lasting client relationships, maintaining a "client book," and advising customers on trends and styling.
- Customer Experience: Greet shoppers and provide an energetic, personalized in-store experience.
- Omnichannel Support: Utilize digital tools and available technology on the sales floor to enhance the buying experience.
- Store Operations: Restock merchandise, process shipping and receiving, and maintain a neat, organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Experience: Generally requires 2+ years of relevant retail or luxury sales experience.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Attributes: A passionate, fashion-forward brand ambassador with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Physical Demands: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
- Requires a flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail periods (e.g., Black Friday, Mother's Day).
- Compensation often includes a base hourly rate combined with commissions or bonuses tied to sales targets (especially at outlet locations).
