Patient Services Representative (Cantonese)

Asian Health Services, founded in 1974, provides medical, dental, and behavioral health services to more than 50,000 patients. Our approach to well-being focuses on “whole patient health” for all. The Patient Services Representative (PSR) performs all the administrative services relating to the checking in and checking out of patients and provides general support services for the unit as described herein.  Thus, the PSR plays a key role in creating and maintaining a welcoming environment for patients; ensuring efficient and expedient patient flow, and implementing providers’ follow-up instructions with the patients.
