Job Description

This position is a permanent position in Barcelona to cover the Iberian region In the role of a Customer Experience Agent, you will assist Spain and Portugal market, handling various customer requests and inquiries. You will be working closely together with internal stakeholders, supporting them, and taking on miscellaneous tasks related to internal processes. You will be reporting to the Customer Experience Manager in the South Region.
