How our team works
The Master Data Governance team is a key enabler of operational excellence across Ingram Micro. By ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency, we support smarter decisions, seamless transactions, and strong customer and partner experiences.
As part of this team, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across operations, finance, supply chain, and analytics—building on existing relationships while expanding your cross-functional exposure. Together, we drive scalable solutions that balance global standards with local business needs, giving you the opportunity to deepen your expertise while contributing at a broader level.
What you’ll do
- Lead and coach a team responsible for maintaining accurate and complete master data across product, vendor, pricing, and customer domains.
- Ensure strong data governance by enforcing standards, conducting validations and audits, and aligning with global and regional policies.
- Drive timely and accurate processing of master data to support business operations and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Strengthen compliance by supporting audit requirements, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve data issues, improve processes, and support reporting and analytics needs.
- Foster a high-performing team culture by setting priorities, tracking performance, and enabling continuous learning and development.
What you'll bring to the role is at least 2 years experience as a process SME, ideal if with experience in Knowledge transfer and process governance.
- A strong and consistent track record of delivering results, demonstrating ownership, accountability, and the ability to operate as a trusted go-to resource within your team.
- Proven readiness for leadership, with experience informally leading initiatives, mentoring peers, and stepping in to guide team priorities or decisions when needed.
- Deep understanding of master data processes and operational workflows, with the ability to connect data accuracy to broader business impact and customer experience.
- Confidence in driving decisions and leading through ambiguity, using sound judgment to resolve challenges and continuously improve processes.
- Strong stakeholder presence, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build credibility across teams and levels of the organization.
- A clear commitment to developing others and elevating team performance, paired with the ambition and mindset to lead at the next level.
