Learning and Development Manager

This well-organized, insightful, and forward-thinking, training-focused individual is responsible for ensuring A. Duie Pyle maintains accurate, effective training and development programs across the Fleet Maintenance Department. This role oversees the development of training curriculum, ensures compliance with established programs, tracks training completion, delivers training when appropriate, and continuously enhances training materials through the use of modern learning tools and software programs. The position works closely with department leaders to ensure training is completed in a timely manner and aligned with operational needs.
