Medical Device Team Lead

The Medical Device Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day warehouse operations of the Medical Device department within A&D Wholesale's Ontario facility. Reporting to the Medical Device Supervisor, this role leads a team of warehouse employees across all operational functions including receiving, inventory control, quality assurance, picking, packing, and shipping of medical devices and healthcare products. The Team Lead plays a critical role in driving workflow efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and product quality in a fast-paced, GMP-regulated environment.
