Manager - Operations & Maintenance

This role is responsible to execute operations of the thermal power plant during the shift, focusing on operational efficiency, safety, and compliance. The Lead Assistant Shift In-charge will support the management of all units, switchyard, and Balance of Plant (BOP), and will work closely with the Desk Engineer and other team members to maintain optimal plant performance and handle emergencies.
