The Role
As our TELCO Strategic Performance Partner, you will bridge the gap between carrier operations and financial health within our Revenue Assurance & Control Office. By transforming roaming and commercial data into actionable business insights, you will directly optimize global margins and safeguard our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the compliance and performance of commercial roaming agreements and operational KPIs.
Track traffic, revenue, and margin behavior to proactively flag risks, anomalies, and new business opportunities.
Translate complex operational and roaming data into high-impact strategic recommendations for leadership.
Empower commercial negotiations by delivering precise performance analysis and deep profitability insights.
Drive strict KPI governance to ensure continuous follow-up on carrier agreements and operational commitments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Finance, QA, and Operations teams to align and support business decisions.
Qualifications
Proven background in Performance Analysis, Carrier Management, or Revenue Assurance.
Deep understanding of roaming operations, traffic behavior, and commercial agreement monitoring.
Strong expertise in margin analysis, KPI governance, and data-driven strategic decision support.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and leadership.
Fluency in English; comfortable navigating a fast-paced, international scale-up environment.
Experience working within the telecom, eSIM, or global wholesale roaming sectors.
Familiarity with high-growth, data-centric scaling environments.
