Information Manager Specialist
Job Description
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an Information Management Specialist (IMS)Documentation Specialist to support Distributed Common Ground Systems (DCGS) operations at Langley AFB, VA. You will be an integral part of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) responsible for developing, editing, reviewing, to ensure compliance, efficiency, and accessibility the for Air Force DCGS (AF-DMC) Team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage electronic and paper records, files, and databases.
- Develop and maintain document control procedures and records management systems.
- Ensure compliance with records retention policies and government regulations.
- Classify, index, and archive documents and information.
- Control access to sensitive and classified information.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate records disposition and destruction schedules.
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Train employees on records management and information governance procedures.
- Prepare reports, metrics, and briefings on information management activities.
- Manage collaboration tools such as Microsoft SharePoint, document repositories, and knowledge management systems.
- Support configuration management and data governance initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required:
3–10+ years of experience in:
o Information management
o Records management
o Document control
o Program management support
o Knowledge management
o Administrative operations

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$61,600-$129,300
