Location: 4313 S Pleasant Crossing Blvd., Rogers, Arkansas 72758
Schedule: FT | M-F | 8am - 5pm | Rotating Weekend and 1 major and 1 minor holiday

What You’ll Do
Evaluate speech, language, voice, and swallowing abilities using evidence‑based assessment tools.
Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
Educate and empower patients and their families to understand therapy objectives and support progress.
Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient outcomes with accuracy and clarity.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated, patient‑centered care.
Contribute to additional clinical duties as needed to support smooth operations.
What You Bring
Education: Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
Experience: Background in acute care or rehabilitation settings preferred.
Licensure: Current SLP license and ASHA certification (CCC‑SLP).
Certifications: Active CPR certification.
Skills: Strong communication abilities, sound clinical judgment, and a commitment to patient success.
