Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Benefits Administration Analyst to join our Total Rewards team.
In this role, you will be responsible for executing the implementation, ongoing administration, and operational governance of benefit plans across your designated region while balancing global corporate consistency with local relevance.
You will act as a regional Subject Matter Expert, utilizing a blend of rigorous operational execution, vendor management, and clear communication to optimize the employee experience.
What You’ll Do In this role, you will:
Benefits Administration & Operations: Execute end-to-end regional lifecycle management for benefit plans—including vendor implementation, onboarding, annual open enrollments, and plan renewals—while conducting routine quality assurance on data files within Workday and ServiceNow to resolve complex employee escalations.
Vendor Management & Billing: Monitor vendor Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements to ensure high-quality delivery, while managing routine billing administration, purchase order setups, and vendor payment processing.
Compliance, Governance & Audit: Establish and monitor legal compliance obligations for all regional benefit and paid-time-off programs, keeping the regional compliance matrix meticulously updated to fulfill all regulatory and internal audit requirements.
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: Draft and distribute clear, accurate benefit communications and statutory notices, partnering closely with the Benefits Center of Excellence and local Human Resources teams to drive programmatic awareness.
Analytics & Reporting: Aggregate demographic, operational, and utilization data from plan documents and census files to populate executive dashboards and leadership presentations.
What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have:
3–5+ years of experience in progressive international benefits administration within the targeted region.
Strong knowledge of complex data set aggregation, census files, plan documents, and specialized human resources platforms (Workday and ServiceNow highly preferred).
Proven ability in problem-solving, stakeholder management, and executing organizational agility within a matrixed environment.
Professional fluency in verbal and written English (Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly advantageous for Latin America regional support).
A continuous-improvement mindset focused on process automation and optimization.
