Position Overview: Summer Operations Intern
This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious, entrepreneurial individual to gain hands-on experience and grow within a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment. As our Summer Operations Intern, you will support day-to-day camp operations by assisting with staffing, logistics, and core administrative tasks at our headquarters in Midtown Manhattan.
You will be an integral part of our team, helping ensure a smooth, organized, and joyful camp experience for thousands of children. Your problem-solving mindset and ability to take initiative will make you the go-to resource when team members need support.
Position Details:
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly
Location: New York, NY (Midtown HQ — 100% In-Person)
Timeline: Summer Seasonal

Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Staffing Support: Assist the central operations team with camp material organization, inventory counts, and seasonal staffing management.
Administrative Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including maintaining calendars, scheduling cross-departmental meetings, conducting operational research, and tracking office inventory supplies.
Reporting & Data Entry: Assist with creating performance reports, managing camp registrations, drafting seasonal contracts, and crafting professional external correspondence.
