Job Description

Your Task:
- Monitoring compliance of product testing according to control plan / quality plan and customer requirements in the specified timeframe and ensuring traceability
- Drive on time performance of LAT, reliability and any other testing require to approve/release product
- Ensure COP (Compliance of Production) Testing compliance
- Ensure compliance of testing for special country certifications, e.g.: Product homologation, type approvals, KBA(German Road Traffic Law), CCAP (Mark Certification of Motor Vehicle Products for China), etc.
Your Profile:
- Development of laboratory, testing and calibration procedures in compliance with quality management standards, customer, legal and government requirements
- Trigger no-conformance process in case of deviations for the product tested
- Performance of calibration/verification of testing and process equipment, ensuring traceability to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) and or equivalent standard
- Responsibility for MSA for Lab equipment
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve measurement-related issues.
- Evaluate and introduce new measurement technologies and equipment to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper documentation within the lab environment.
