Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
RESPONSIBILITY
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Prepare
- cold foods. Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
- Test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently.
- Monitor food quality while preparing food.
- Set-up and break down work station.
- Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles.
- Wash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
- Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and food.

- 食品が適切に調理されているかの確認・試食
- 調理中の食品品質の管理
- 作業台の準備および片付け
- 適切な容器に正しい分量での盛り付け・提供
- キッチンエリア、テーブル、調理器具、包丁、機器の洗浄および消毒
- 調理機器および食品の温度が正しいかの確認・管理
REQUIREMENT
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, preferably culinary school
- Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience in the kitchen.
- Language: Minimum Conversational Japanese level is required. English level will be a plus.
- Applicants residing overseas must already possess a valid visa in Japan.

- 語学力:日常会話レベル以上の日本語必須、英語力があれば尚可
