Job Summary
The Senior Treasury Accountant is responsible for managing treasury operations, cash management activities, and loan administration functions across multiple entities within a growing organization. This role focuses heavily on asset-based lending (ABL), lines of credit, borrowing base reporting, cash movement, and treasury-related accounting activities.
The ideal candidate will bring strong treasury experience with expertise in loan administration, cash management, account reconciliations, and banking operations. This position partners closely with Finance and Accounting leadership to support liquidity management, ensure accurate financial reporting, and help scale treasury processes to support continued business growth.
Duties & Responsibilities
Treasury Management & Cash Operations
- Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, cash forecasting, and cash movement across multiple entities and bank accounts.
- Monitor liquidity needs and support effective cash management strategies.
- Coordinate fund transfers and banking transactions to support operational requirements.
- Support treasury process improvements and operational efficiencies as the organization continues to grow.
Loan Administration & Asset-Based Lending (ABL)
- Administer and manage asset-based lending (ABL) facilities and other lines of credit.
- Prepare, review, and maintain borrowing base calculations and supporting documentation.
- Process loan draws, repayments, and related treasury transactions.
- Track outstanding loan balances and ensure timely repayment activities.
- Monitor compliance with lending agreements and reporting requirements.
- Partner with banking institutions regarding loan activity and treasury operations.
Reconciliations & Financial Reporting
- Perform account reconciliations related to treasury, cash, and loan activity.
- Reconcile line of credit balances, borrowing activity, and cash transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes related to treasury functions.
- Prepare treasury-related reports and analyses for Finance leadership.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of treasury-related financial records.
- Support general ledger accounting activities and treasury-related journal entries.
Banking & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Maintain relationships with banking partners and support day-to-day banking activities.
- Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams to ensure accurate recording of treasury transactions.
- Support cash management initiatives across multiple programs and entities.
- Assist with audits, financial reviews, and lender information requests as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong treasury management experience with demonstrated expertise in cash management and banking operations.
- Extensive experience working with lines of credit, loan administration, and lending facilities.
- Experience preparing and maintaining borrowing base calculations.
- Knowledge of asset-based lending (ABL) structures and reporting requirements.
- Strong account reconciliation and analytical skills.
- Experience managing cash movement across multiple entities and accounts.
- Knowledge of general ledger accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
- Experience working with JPMorgan banking platforms is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. Substantial relevant treasury, accounting, or finance experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of five (5) years of treasury, accounting, or corporate finance experience.
- Experience managing lines of credit, loan activity, and treasury operations required.
- Asset-Based Lending (ABL) experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with borrowing base reporting preferred.
- Healthcare, Medicaid, or managed care industry experience is a plus but not required.
Working Conditions
- Ability to work remotely while supporting Eastern Time Zone business hours.

Compensation Range: $84,000 - $99,000 annually
