We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Global Sales Support Executive to join our team and support the end-to-end quotation and booking process while delivering exceptional service to customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the receipt of quotations and pricing information from the global Toll network to prepare accurate customer quotations.
Manage the end-to-end quotation process through the Quote & Book platform, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Prepare and issue customer quotations using existing system rates or coordinate with origin, destination, and regional product teams to obtain missing pricing.
Update missing rates within the Quote & Book system and ensure quotations are completed accurately.
Manage quotation amendments, revised customer requirements, target-rate requests, and customer enquiries in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Proactively follow up on quotations to maximize conversion into customer bookings and business opportunities.
Support the Sales team with customer presentations, proposals, and other commercial documentation.
Ensure timely responses to customer and internal sales enquiries while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Meet established service level agreements by issuing Air Freight quotations within 48 hours and Ocean Freight quotations within 72 hours of receiving complete customer information.
Conduct timely follow-ups with customers after quotation submission to confirm receipt, address enquiries, and identify booking opportunities while keeping the responsible salesperson informed.
Respond promptly to requests for revised pricing, target rates, and quotation amendments.
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives and support ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Freight Forwarding, or Commercial Operations.
Knowledge of Air Freight and Ocean Freight products and international logistics processes is preferred.
Experience with Quote & Book platforms, CargoWise, SAP, or other logistics systems is an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across global teams.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
