As an International Mobility Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting global mobility programs and international assignments across Philips. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees, managers, HR stakeholders, and external vendors, ensuring a seamless relocation experience for international assignees and their families.
Your role will be:
Support the International Mobility Partner as a single point of contact for international assignees, international hires, and their family members.
Coordinate end-to-end international assignments and relocations, including immigration, destination services, tax and social security, education support, partner assistance, health insurance, and cultural training.
Develop expertise in International Mobility policies, processes, and programs while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Process and administer international assignments and relocations, including assignment-related compensation reviews and maintaining accurate records.
Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, programs, and policies while supporting standardized ways of working.
Advise and inform HR colleagues, managers, and employees on International Mobility matters, policies, and procedures.
You're the right fit if:
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Business, or another relevant field.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
You have knowledge of International Mobility processes, including immigration, relocation services, tax and social security, education support, partner assistance, health insurance, and cultural training.
You have 3–5 years of experience in a multinational environment within HR, International Mobility, Global Rewards, or a similar field.
You demonstrate a proactive mindset, customer-first approach, and eagerness to continuously learn and develop.
You have strong stakeholder management skills and enjoy working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
