As a Condition Monitoring Analyst, you’ll use your real-world experience working on heavy equipment to identify potential issues before they turn into failures. Instead of turning the spanners, you’ll be helping customers make smarter maintenance decisions to keep their machines running.
You’ll support the Construction Industries faction of our business, using machine data, oil samples, and your mechanical know-how to spot problems early and recommend practical solutions.
As a Condition Monitoring Analyst, you will:
Use your mechanical knowledge to identify early signs of machine wear and failure
Review machine data, telemetry, and oil sample results to support maintenance decisions
Help customers plan repairs and maintenance to avoid costly downtime
Provide clear, practical advice based on real-world equipment experience
Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Keep a strong focus on safety, reliability, and equipment uptime

You will bring:
Trade background (Diesel Fitter, Mechanic, Plant or similar)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Experience working on heavy equipment or mobile plant
Interest in diagnostics, fault finding, and preventative maintenance
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
