Job Description
🔨 What You’ll Do
Assist crews with daily field operations and site setup
Load, unload, and handle tools, materials, and equipment
Perform manual labor including trenching, backfilling, and site cleanup
Support fiber installation activities and handle materials with care
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
Report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues immediately
Work as part of a team to meet project timelines
✅ What You Need
Ability to perform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, outdoor work)
Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
