Castle Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused  experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our Round Rock team! Schedule (days/hours)

M-F 7:45am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities

  • Present and explain treatment plans to patients
  • Review insurance benefits, financial arrangements, and payment options
  • Help drive case acceptance through strong communication and patient education
  • Coordinate scheduling to maximize office efficiency and patient flow
  • Maintain follow-up systems for pending treatment and consultations
  • Build strong relationships with patients to create a positive experience
  • Work collaboratively with doctors and front office teams

Qualifications

  • 1 year  Dental treatment coordinating experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients
  • Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience
