Case Management Coordinator

Demonstrate the ability to engage individuals in a welcoming, hopeful, empathic manner regardless of disability or phase of recovery. Screen for co-occurring disorders and recognize diagnostic criteria used to identify substance abuse or dependency. Assesses and evaluates the needs of individuals and continues caseload contact to develop goals.
