Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales teams across a designated region, driving significant revenue growth and market share expansion. This senior-level leadership role is ideal for a seasoned retail professional with a proven track record in multi-unit management, strategic sales planning, and developing high-performing teams. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational excellence and profitability of multiple retail locations, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences and adherence to company standards. Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching to Store Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement. Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of store management teams within the region. Analyze regional sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and implement corrective actions. Ensure consistent implementation of visual merchandising standards, operational policies, and customer service protocols across all stores. Manage regional budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability. Conduct regular store visits to assess operational efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and provide on-site support and training. Collaborate with corporate teams (e.g., Merchandising, Marketing, HR) to align regional strategies with overall company objectives. Resolve complex customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the region. Prepare and present comprehensive regional performance reports to senior leadership. Identify and cultivate future leaders within the region, developing succession plans. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in multi-unit retail management, with at least 5 years in a Regional or District Manager role. Demonstrated ability to drive significant sales growth and profitability across multiple locations. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of managing budgets and optimizing operational efficiency. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region. Proficiency in retail management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
