Talent Specialist II - Life Sciences

GENERAL SUMMARY:   Under the general direction of the Manager, Talent Acquisition, the Talent Specialist II, Life Sciences, will be a collaborative recruitment partner for our science and research community. You will be responsible for successfully delivering all facets of talent acquisition for the research enterprise. This will be achieved through the development of comprehensive recruiting plans, employing traditional and creative sourcing strategies, resources and networking within the research community. Also engage with Clinical and Science HR Business Partners and provide Compensation with insights into current applicant trends and salary requirements.
