Supervisor-Fabrication (2nd Shift)

Are you passionate about Leadership? S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate our Fabrication function. As a Supervisor, you’ll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team. The Supervisor - Fabrication is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, leading a team of skilled team members to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). The Supervisor - Fabrication manages welding, finishing, and other fabrication operations, ensuring fabricated parts meet quality standards and production timelines. This role requires strong expertise in the assigned area of fabrication, which may include press brake, punch press or other types of machinery and the ability to inspect and troubleshoot issues in fabrication processes.
