Job Overview - How you will contribute:
Are you detail orientated and great with task management? Are you a Team Player who can work independently and multi task? The H+H Group is adding an Administrative Assistant to our team at the Omaha Recon Center (ORC). In this role you will provide comprehensive support to the Reconditioning Team and other dealership personnel. This role is key to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the location. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
- Undertake special projects and other tasks as requested or assigned.
- Process invoices as requested.
- Gain a thorough working knowledge of the dealership computer systems.
- Manage reception desk and various general office tasks.
- Serving as the face of the entrance and welcoming guest.
- Communicate with others both in person and over the phone.
Qualifications - What you need to be successful:
- Must be experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills.
- Team player who also can work independently and proactively to respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
- Be flexible and goal oriented.
- Desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
