Job Description
- Understand RFQs and project specifications to prepare accurate and timely quotations specifically for electric actuators and associated spares.
- Prioritize and handle urgent or quick quotation requests efficiently, ensuring minimal turnaround time.
- Provide technical support and address queries from internal teams and external customers related to electric actuator selection, configuration, and applications.
- Review customer requirements to ensure correct sizing, compatibility, and compliance of electric actuator solutions.
- Coordinate with contracts, engineering, and service teams for technical clarifications and order execution support.
- Respond promptly to customer communications (emails and calls) with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain high attention to detail to ensure error-free and competitive quotations aligned with customer specifications.
- Drive customer satisfaction by delivering reliable technical support and timely commercial responses.
- BE/B. Tech candidates (EEE/E&I/Mechanical/Chemical/Instrumentation).
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in quotation preparation/sales support/inside sales/any other customer support
- Must be familiar with Microsoft excel and Outlook.
- Must be able to communicate in English fluently. Hindi is an advantage.
- Preferable if the candidate has handled valve/actuator/instruments/controls systems/GEM portal tenders/any other electrical or electronic products
