Provide dynamic and responsive coaching and advice for Leaders and Managers on performance management, development, and policy exceptions.
Partner with People and Culture (P and C) Partners to deliver unit-specific organizational efforts including reorganizations and large-scale performance management initiatives.
Manage employee lifecycle processes, including exits and flexible working arrangements.
Identify and drive process improvement initiatives to streamline query management and resolve recurring issues through root-cause analysis.
Conduct data analysis to identify employee experience themes and insights that inform decision-making and support high performance.
