This role serves as the absolute linchpin of a tight-knit legal cohort, offering the unique opportunity to work side-by-side with three experienced attorneys while being empowered to independently structure, modify, and negotiate contracts using advanced, cutting-edge AI tools and playbooks.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Expertly draft and customize complex agreements including NDAs, Statements of Work, and marketing arrangements using established templates and playbooks.
Lead contract negotiations with internal and external stakeholders, balancing company risk tolerance with a professional, customer-service-driven approach.
Proactively identify, propose, and implement new policies and procedures to increase scalability and efficiency in the global contracting process.
Partner directly with cross-functional business clients across product development, sales, and marketing teams to deliver responsive, strategic solutions.
Spearhead challenging and diverse special projects that directly support the continuous growth and success of the legal department.
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience independently reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial contracts within a corporate or technology environment.
Strong ability to apply legal playbooks, templates, and risk tolerance guidelines to solve complex contract challenges.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with a track record of managing multiple stakeholder requests simultaneously.
Demonstrated proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong desire to learn and engage deeply with business technology.
Bonus Points For:
Experience working with modern legal operations technology or advanced AI-driven contract management tools.
Previous exposure supporting legal operations within a fast-paced technology, engineering, or industrial sector.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
