Emergency Department Tech - Nights

Assists with basic patient care based on the individual patient under direct supervision of the registered nurse. Provides for personal care and comfort. Maintains environment that is prepared for patient care to include equipment and supplies as well as a safe, clean environment. Meets the communication needs of the patient/family, departmental staff and medical staff. Implements directions from physicians and nursing staff. Receives direction from: Director of the Emergency Department, Emergency Department RNs, physicians and mid-level providers, allied health staff and healthcare professionals.
