Job Description

The role leads and enhances Operational Resiliency reporting for key business services, acting as a key point of contact for reporting, governance, and tracking across Resiliency and Outsourcing. It analyses data and governance materials to identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities, while supporting regulatory initiatives and driving continuous improvement through stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities Include

  • Lead the preparation and ongoing enhancement of Operational Resiliency reporting
  • Analyse data and governance materials to identify risks, gaps, and actionable insights, providing recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Own and improve reporting tools, templates, and processes, driving efficiency and data quality.
  • Act as a key point of contact for reporting, tracking, and governance activities across Operational Resiliency and Outsourcing.
  • Manage trackers, inventories, and documentation, ensuring completeness, consistency, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Coordinate and monitor governance actions, including follow-ups, escalation, and status reporting for committees and forums.
  • Support regulatory and outsourcing initiatives, including control execution, template and procedure updates.
  • Prepare high-quality materials for governance forums, including Risk Committees and Board reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying reporting gaps and process inefficiencies.
  • Provide project and stakeholder support, including coordination of BU inputs and collaboration with Enterprise Resilience Office (ERO).

Specific Qualifications / Skills

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; adaptable and detail-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify risks, gaps, and improvements.
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Copilot skills.
  • Understanding of governance, regulatory, and control environments
  • Strong organisational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Commitment to risk culture, integrity, and high ethical standards.
  • English proficiency at B2/C1+ level.
  • Demonstrated commitment to a Risk Excellence culture, including integrity and ethical standards.
  • Consistently upholds the highest standards of the Code of Conduct.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Minimum Salary:

zł87,000 Annual

The minimum salary quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate ultimately works outside of this primary location, the applicable minimum salary may differ.​

Salary will be determined based on factors such as the position, type of work performed, individual skills, job description, working hours, diligence, initiative, self-management, length of employment, availability, and the quantity and quality of work delivered, as well as other objective and non-discriminatory criteria relevant to State Street employees.​

In addition to salary, employees are eligible to be considered for discretionary annual performance-based awards.​
