Financial Controller
Job Description
You will be responsible for:
- Prepare and coordinate local and group reporting
- Perform detailed P&L, CAPEX or Net Working Capital analyses and corresponding variance analyses
- Support to enhance data accuracy, transparency and data consolidation activities
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, e.g. by preparing templates, data and monitoring process
- Manage and monitor cost allocations
- Support internal control processes (review control documentation, perform quality checks and follow up)
- Prepare management and business review presentations
- Collaborate closely with international teams and cross-functional departments
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Several years of relevant experience in Controlling / FP&A (ideally more than 3 years)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Dynamic, proactive, and hands-on mindset
- Profound Excel skills and strong technical competence, i.e. high system affinity and ideally experience working with financial systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools)
- Service-oriented attitude with good communication skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work effectively in an international and intercultural environment
- Stable employment based on an employment contract with fixed business hours, Mon–Fri (08:00/09:00 – 16:00/17:00), in a rapidly growing company within the SSC sector.
