DESCRIPTION GO HR Portal (for all employees) and Manager Pit Stop (for managers) are - since 2023 for all of AXA GO countries - the only point of information for any documentation and knowledge around GOT services and offers. GO HR Portal is not only a knowledge base with documentation, but it is also a requests tool where all employees and managers can ask their questions on HR matters
JOB SUMMARY Proactive and detail-oriented, the Global HR Content Specialist role aims to oversee the management and maintenance of the HR knowledge base within our GO HR portal. ensuring that all HR-related information is accurate, up-to-date, easily accessible, and user-friendly, thereby supporting efficient HR operations and enhancing employee experience. ROLE OF GLOBAL HR SUPPORT SPECIALIST HR Content Specialist has three main responsibilities: Responsible of publishing the HR content in GO HR Portal on time & on quality
Responsible of providing qualitative answers to requests received from employees using GO HR Portal or - when needed - re-routing the request to the right contact group. Responsible of providing follow up on KPI's The Global HR Content Specialist contributes to deliver according to SLA (Service Level agreement) terms & conditions. JOB CONTENT Manage and oversee all content on the internal HR Portal for 13 countries, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and timely publication
Proactively coordinate with multiple content owners across local and global topics to gather, review, and approve articles
Assist content owners (GOT service owners) in preparing, editing, and formatting articles for publication
Leverage Secure GPT tool to support content creation, editing, and translation processes
Manage translations of content, ensuring quality and contextual accuracy, leveraging Secure GPT
Apply UI/UX design principles to optimize content layout and user experience
Use CSS and HTML skills to make necessary formatting adjustments and troubleshoot layout issues
Proactively identify content gaps and recommend improvements
Monitor content performance and user engagement metrics to inform updates
Enforce content governance standards and best practices. QUALIFICATIONS Skills required Proven experience in content management, editing, or related roles
Strong ownership mentality with proactive approach to content quality and updates
Demonstrates curiosity Familiarity with UI/UX design principles
Knowledge of CSS and HTML for formatting and layout adjustments
Experience using Secure GPT or similar AI tools for content support
Excellent communication and coordination skills across diverse teams and countries
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Experience managing multilingual content and translations
Attention to detail and high standards for content accuracy and presentation
Basic understanding of HR topics is a plus.
