Technology Delivery Leader

This role is a senior technology leadership position within the CIO organization accountable for the end-to-end delivery, integration, and transformation of enterprise technology capabilities. Operating within the First Line of Defense (1LOD), this role owns both the execution of strategic technology initiatives and the ongoing operational performance, risk, and control outcomes for assigned capabilities, platforms, or programs. This position serves as a Technology Delivery & Transformation Leader, responsible for bridging business strategy, enterprise architecture, engineering, cybersecurity, and operations to ensure solutions are delivered securely, reliably, and in alignment with enterprise standards and regulatory expectations.
