Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Call Center Representative. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide superior customer service to ensure satisfaction. Daily tasks will include responding to customer calls and emails, offering solutions to resolve concerns, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. Building strong relationships with customers and contributing to a positive, professional team environment are essential aspects of this role.
- Sales Experience
- Strong Interpersonal Skills, such as effective communication and relationship-building
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and provide empathetic support
- Fluency in English and other applicable languages is preferred
- English level B2-C1
- flexibility with night and overnight shifts
