PD Engineer

About this Position The role is mainly for new products’ scaling-up. To handle the products from lab scale to mass production, ensure the process and quality stable. What you´ll do The Process Development Engineer is primarily responsible for scale-up activities, process innovation in domestic and international manufacturing sites for electronic applications. Will work as a technical liaison with R D, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to drive scale up activities. Provide technical and engineering support to successfully launch new products. Support production trials and use scientific approach to understand relationship between raw materials, process and final product parameters. Define success criteria for new product production, conduct process documentation and act as technical expert at the manufacturing site to facilitate the transfer of technology knowledge and best operation practices.
