Physical Therapist – Total Joint (Ambulatory Surgical Center & Home PT)

We are seeking a motivated, orthopedic-focused Physical Therapist to join our Ambulatory Surgical Center team specializing in Total Hip and Total Knee replacements. This unique full-time role blends on-site ASC coverage with post-operative Home Physical Therapy, providing seamless continuity of care for total joint patients. Patients receive immediate education, reassurance, and guided movement following surgery, reducing fear, anxiety, and uncertainty while promoting confidence for functional living. The Physical Therapist will support patients immediately following surgery and continue their recovery in the home setting, focusing on gait training, stair negotiation, pain control, mobility, and early strengthening.
