Ingredion is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Digital Solutions & Workday Operations to join our HR Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will support and optimize key HR technologies, helping deliver an exceptional employee experience while partnering with global teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
As a Sr. Analyst, Digital Solutions & Workday Operations, you will support the day-to-day operations of HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy, system performance, and an excellent user experience. You will partner with HR, business leaders, vendors, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, analyze data, and support projects that improve HR service delivery across the organization.
This role reports to the Sr. Manager, HR Digital Solutions.
What will you do:
- Support HR technology platforms including Workday, ServiceNow, and related systems.
- Manage user requests, troubleshoot system issues, and provide operational support.
- Maintain data quality through audits, reporting, and system reviews.
- Create and modify reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools.
- Support system testing, enhancements, releases, and implementation projects.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to improve HR processes and employee experience.
- Create and maintain knowledge articles, procedures, and training materials.
What you will bring:
- 3+ years of experience supporting HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Experience with ServiceNow, Workday, or similar HR technologies.
- Knowledge of HR processes such as Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, or Case Management.
- Experience handling customer inquiries and providing operational support.
- Advanced English communication skills.
