NPI Manufacturing Engineer II (MANUF006288)

Position Summary: The NPI Manufacturing Engineer II plays a key role on the Aero Hydraulics NPI team, supporting new product introduction and driving improvements across manufacturing processes. This role focuses on enhancing safety, quality, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness through Lean Six Sigma methodologies, hands‑on engineering support, and strong collaboration with operations, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams. The NPI MEII will develop and refine manufacturing processes, design tooling and fixtures, support root‑cause analysis and corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen overall production capability.
