General Description/Primary Purpose
The Enrollment Services Systems Coordinator supports and advances the effective use of Slate CRM and related Enrollment Services systems through system coordination, data analysis, and reporting operations. The role oversees assigned system functions, ensures data integrity, and evaluates reporting outputs to identify trends, resolve inconsistencies, and recommend process improvements that enhance system effectiveness and data reliability. Serving as a functional resource, the incumbent collaborates with stakeholders across Enrollment Services to align system capabilities with business needs while upholding established data governance standards.
Job Functions
Slate CRM & Systems Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day system processes and operations within Slate and related platforms, ensuring effective functionality and alignment with operational needs.
- Participate in system initiatives, enhancements, and process improvement efforts, contributing analysis and recommendations within assigned scope.
- Maintain recruitment-related data elements, records, and fields (e.g., prompts, translation codes), ensuring alignment with established standards; validate data elements as needed.
- Evaluate system issues, troubleshoot moderately complex problems, and determine appropriate resolutions; escalate advanced issues as appropriate.
- Assess system and data workflows and recommend updates to improve efficiency, usability, and data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, reporting definitions, and system job aids to support consistent execution and understanding.
- Contribute to the refinement of standard operating procedures based on operational needs, system functionality, and analysis of current processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Admissions, Financial Aid) to identify system needs and support effective use of reporting and functionality.
Reporting, Data Analysis & Data Integrity
- Generate, analyze, and interpret operational reports to support Enrollment Services decision-making.
- Evaluate report outputs to identify trends, inconsistencies, and data integrity concerns; recommend and implement corrective actions within assigned scope.
- Fulfill data requests by determining appropriate data sources, methodologies, and delivery formats aligned with business needs.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of recurring reporting processes through ongoing review, validation, and refinement.
- Monitor and maintain data quality standards within Slate and related systems, identifying, investigating, and resolving data issues.
- Conduct audits of data and processes to ensure compliance with established standards and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Serve as a functional resource for users by providing guidance on system processes, reporting outputs, and data interpretation.
- Translate business requirements into system and reporting solutions within assigned functional area.
- Support implementation of data governance practices and documentation standards in collaboration with leadership.
- Maintain knowledge of Slate CRM capabilities, reporting tools, and Enrollment Services operations to inform analysis and recommendations.

Supervision Received
Work is performed with general supervision, requiring independent judgment in prioritizing work, analyzing data, resolving issues, and recommending solutions.
Required Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219.Department Requirements
· Intermediate experience working with data, spreadsheets, and systems
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Exposure to CRM or student information systems (Slate, Banner, etc.)
· Experience with Power BI dashboard development
· Experience running reports or working with data
· Familiarity with higher education operations
