Job Description

Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic, resourceful Senior Manager for MSL, our multi-awarded Public Relations agency, who can contribute to building and maintaining a favorable public image for our clients’ portfolio. Reporting to the Group Director – Brand PR & Influence, the role is responsible for the end-to-end planning and management of impactful brand experiences. The role focuses on creating integrated events and PR activations that support clients’ brand and communication strategies, working closely with cross functional teams across the Groupe. Responsibilities Guide Brand PR & Events team members and work together to service the team’s clients Oversee and hand-on implement clients’ communication strategy in multiple channels Plan, organize, and deliver a wide range of events, including brand activations, product launches, experiential marketing initiatives, and hybrid/digital events. Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Account, Media) to ensure events & activations align with the overall brand and communication strategy. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines. Qualifications Min 5 years of experience in communication or event management, preferably within an agency or integrated communications environment. Bachelor’s degree in Μarketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience in budget planning, cost control, and supplier negotiations. Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and high standards of execution. Excellent stakeholder and client management skills. Ability to perform effectively in a fast paced, demanding, and collaborative environment. Problem solving attitude, flexibility, and composure under pressure. Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in MS Office, experience with event management tools is a plus.
