The President leads the growth, performance, and profitability of multiple title and escrow offices across a designated region of California. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution, driving revenue, strengthening client partnerships, and building high-performing teams. The President will own the region’s sales strategy, operational excellence, and financial performance while ensuring compliance with all federal and California Department of Insurance regulations.
