Partner with Financial Manager and department heads in management of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis. Reports to: Financial Manager, Operational Finance Essential Duties Responsibilities: Create supportive environment to develop high performing team, provide training opportunities and engage in coaching and mentoring relationships. Lead accountants and other related team members, provide timely performance feedback and contribute to performance appraisals utilizing talent management systems. Develop and deliver training to educate staff members regarding related department processes. Partner with Financial Manager to provide year-end detailed analysis and work papers for year-end corporate audit. Review quarterly account reconciliations and make recommendations for improvement to Financial Manager. Review monthly G A monitor and participate in updating forecast. Actively contribute to cash management and profit enhancement initiatives. Partner with Financial Manager on development and preparation of annual profit plan and forecasting reports. Ensure rigorous and ethical standards of compliance with external requirements (GAAP, IAS, FARS, ERISA and IRS) and internal company policies. Assist Financial Manager on financial risk management and support development of policies and procedures. Work with Senior Leadership Team to ensure staff are compliant with company policy and help determine specific policy amendments as needed for business unit. Identify risks on projects that impact earnings. Guide and give advice of risk assessment for Profit Plans CABs. Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assigned. #LI-MF1
