Orchestrate India program strategy to drive consistency and scale, aligning technical requirements with business goals to provide executive-level insights.
Serve as the primary technical leader for the trifecta of OSP, ISP, and NPI. This includes defining requirements for the Google Global Network (GGN), designing data center infrastructure (space, power, cooling), and defining how new products are developed to be deployable globally.
Manage complex global partner relationships, influencing design firms, carriers, and internal teams to solve large-scale network growth challenges.
Establish systems to optimize end-to-end delivery, proactively managing risks to improve project lead-time, predictability, and cost-effectiveness. Lead and mentor a global team of Technical Program Managers, fostering a growth mindset and building transferable skills across GGI domains.
Travel approximately 40%, primarily to Google’s Data Centers and remote infrastructure sites across the APAC region.
