Job Description
Build analytical frameworks that translate volume forecasts and network changes into actionable carrier strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
Drive cost-out initiatives across the 3P transportation portfolio. Develop and maintain cost models (CPP, CPS) to benchmark carrier performance, quantify savings opportunities, and track realized reductions against targets. Partner with Finance and Procurement to build business cases and report cost performance to leadership.
Own the Off-Manifest Defect Reduction program end-to-end. Analyze root causes of off-manifest defects using DPMO frameworks, develop corrective action plans with Operations and carrier partners, and drive measurable reductions in defect rates. Establish KPIs including reconciliation rates and missing manifest success rates to track program health.
Build and maintain dashboards and automated reporting to provide visibility into cost trends, defect performance, and planning assumptions. Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Procurement, and external carriers to align on priorities and drive execution against program goals.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Equivalent work experience in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Transportation, Mathematics, Economics, Physics or another technical field
- Experience driving cost-out initiatives across different departments
- Master's degree in business, engineering, operations, supply chain, transportation logistics
- Experience in Supply Chain roles and transportation environments
